In what format should I send my pictures?
For best quality, please send them on a jump drive or CD. If you no longer
have them in this format, we can easily pull them from an online site like
Shutterfly, or scan them manually.
How do the slide shows work?
You would provide 40 pictures on a CD or jump drive. If you need scanned
hard-copies of photos, there is a charge of $1 per photo after the first
three. Also, know that scanned pictures are not as high resolution on the
DVD. You may also send me a Shutterfly album of your pictures-- again, not
as good as original files, but much better than scanned pictures. You would
then request the song(s) you would like them set to. ( I can choose one if you
don't have a preference.)
Will you create an online link of my slide show?
If you buy a package, I will automatically include an online link for your slide
show-- you will be able to share it with anyone, or post it to a Facebook,
MySpace account, etc. (It will be compressed for streaming.)
Will you also save my final DVD flies on a jump drive?
The file of your DVD slide show will be saved for one week so that you have
time to test it, watch it, etc. You will then be notified that it will be deleted to
make space for other projects. If,at that time, you would like more copies on
DVD before it is deleted, they would be $10 each.
What are my payment options?
Cash, Check, Credit or Pay Pal. All of these methods are secure. The e-mail
address you will see for DVD Memories on PayPal is “us@bonafidetheatre.
com”. When paying, just make sure your “total” adds up to what is on your
receipt.
Will my DVD look better than the web-streaming demos you have on the
website?
Yes! Both videos are ultra-compressed for easier universal viewing. The
menu demo is a hand held video-recording of the DVD for the purpose of
seeing the menu and choosing selections. Additionally, this menu is just one
option. There are baby themes, wedding themes, travel themes, etc.
How long will it take?
On average, 1-2 weeks. If you need a rush order (within 24-72 hours) it can
usually be done for a higher price.
What are my shipment options?
You can ship it to me any way you wish. Your originals will be returned to you,
along with your new DVDs, via Priority Mail. This is the safest method, and the
flat rate for the box that would fit everything is $9.30.
